Numbing cream is optional prior to treatment, making this completely painless. Needling takes about 20 minutes, and is followed by our all time favourite hyaluronic acid sheet mask to help calm, refresh and hydrate the skin.

As needs vary depending on the level of imperfection you’re addressing, your clinician will help you create a skin regimen best suited to your needs. A typical protocol involves 3 sessions spaced every 4-6 weeks.

• Avoid Isotretinoin (Accutane) for 6 months prior to treatment.

• Arrive with clean, washed skin.

• We recommend halting ASA products or anticoagulants for 5 days prior to your first treatment.

• You will likely experience some minor bleeding during the treatment. Inflammation and redness can be expected, and is totally normal for 24-48 hours.

• Avoid touching your face, makeup or washing the skin for 24 hours following your appointment. Avoid exercise, hot tubs or sun beds the skin for 48 hrs.

• Wash as normal after 24 hrs, and apply the provided serum as needed to keep skin hydrated.

• We recommend using only the provided Dermaroller® Hyaluronic Acid for 24 hrs following your treatment.

• Avoid anti-inflammatory medication, such as Ibuprofen, Motrin or Advil. These agents will interfere in the natural inflammatory process that is critical for your skin’s rejuvenation.

• Have undergone chemotherapy or radiation
